Bioinformatics/NGS Data Analyst

I've done MS in Bioinformatics from COMSATS University Islamabad, Islamabad in September 2020. My research area is transcriptome data analysis (both RNA-Sequencing & microarray). I've expertise in statistical data analysis through R langauge. During my MS, I've also worked in the domain of population genetics as well. 
Now I'm working as a junior scientific officer at Alpha Genomics. I work on different kinds of NGS data analysis projects.
