Established in South Korea on 4 February 2026, Alpha Genomics Korea enables us to better serve clients, collaborators, and research partners across the region.

South Korea is recognized globally for its advanced biotechnology ecosystem, strong healthcare infrastructure, and leadership in innovation. Through Alpha Genomics Korea, we aim to contribute to the growth of precision medicine, genomic diagnostics, pharmacogenomics, agricultural genomics, and translational research in Korea and neighboring markets.

Articles of Incorporation

Scope of business activities

Under its approved Articles of Incorporation in South Korea, Alpha Genomics Korea is authorized to undertake a broad range of activities in Korea and international markets.

  1. Research, development, and commercialization in biology, genomics, DNA sequencing analysis, bioinformatics, life sciences, and crop (plant) science.
  2. Data analysis, advisory, and consulting and related professional services connected to these fields.
  3. Provision of research and development services as a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
  4. Import, export, distribution, and sale of research, diagnostic, and commercial laboratory equipment, instruments, reagents, and consumables.
  5. Academic, scientific, and technical publishing and editorial support services.
  6. Conferences & education — planning, hosting, and participation in academic conferences, workshops, seminars, lectures, and training programs.
  7. Academic MOUs & agreements with universities and institutions for research, educational, and training purposes.
  8. Commercial MOUs & distribution agreements to act as — or appoint — agents, dealers, and distributors.
  9. Any other business activities incidental or related to the operation of the Company, subject to future shareholder approval.
