I dos my MS from Research Center for Modelling and Simulation (RCMS), NUST. My Major was Translational Bioinformatics, my research area is Microarray and NGS analysis (RNA-seq). Formerly, I worked as an RA in NUST under HEC funded project to identify mutations in gene. In Alpha Genomics my work was to analyse NGS data.
