NGS Data Alalyst

I, Iqra Tahira, have completed my MS in Computational Biology/ Bioinformatics from COMSATS University Islamabad in 2022. In my research work, I used different machine learning approaches to analyze the clinical outcomes of Post COVID-19 pneumonia patients. In addition to my studies, I worked as a co trainer in several workshops related to biological data analysis and next-generation sequencing at comsats university and International Islamic University. I did statistical analysis on clinical outcomes by using different software and bioinformatics tools, including Stata, Jamovi, R, Python, SPSS, Graph prism, MeV software and more. Further, I did NGS projects on Exome and matagenome data.

At Alpha Genomics, I am part of Bioinformatics team with primary responsibility of NGS Data analysis of various kind of projects.
