Bioinformatics/NGS Data Analyst

Bushra Bibi did MS in Bioinformatics from COMSATS University Islamabad with the dissertation focused on building Reference Human Genome for Pakistan. She joined Alpha Genomics as a Data Analyst. She has worked at IBGE KRL Hospital as intern and Guest Researcher at Alpha Genomics (Private) Limited. Also, she has experience of working for NGS Company as a workshop organizer, Manager Technical and Data Analyst encompassing Statistical analysis (Inferential and Descriptive Statistics in Excel, R language, Python, SPSS) and Biological Data Analysis (NGS, Differential Gene Expression Analysis, Genome and Exome analysis, Variant Calling and Genome Assembly). At Alpha Genomics (Private) Limited she is worked on development of different Data Analysis pipelines and assistsing in Data Analysis of small Genomes.
