Maria Sohail

I have completed my Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from COMSATS University, Islamabad in 2022. My research work was on Genome-Wide Association Study for Grain size in Pakistani Wheat Germplasm. I also completed an internship at National Agriculture Research Center, Islamabad. During my time there, I gained experience on Bioinformatics Analysis using various Tools and Software.

Currently, I am working as a junior scientific officer at Alpha Genomics. I possess skills in statistical analysis using R and Excel, GWAS, Identification of significant markers trait association analysis, population structure and phylogenetic tree analysis.
