Note: All Tests prices include quality check of the samples received at the lab, staining materials (antibodies and fluorophores). Customers are advised to discuss with our technical staff for any type of assay on flow cytometry to confirm that required antibodies and stains are available or un-available.

Antibodies (against all antigens) conjugated with PE-Cy5, PE or FITC, will be used for Immunophenotyping. Sample Requirement: 100,000 cells/sample/antigen are required for Immunophenotyping of mono nuclear cells (MNC), or purified cells isolated by magnetic separation or gradient separation methods. Human samples only (human peripheral blood) MNC must be kept cold (4°C) after separation, shipment to the lab at 4°C (styro-foam box with ice packs).

* Immunophenotyping of these antigens will be carried out on customer queries

Atten: If the customers provide ready-to-acquire samples (where all materials including antibodies+fluorophores or other staining molecules provided by customer) for any type of assay on flowcytometer

Analysis of MNC: Flow cytometry

MNC (without staining) impedance based

Sample requirement: Mono nuclear cells (MNC) isolated by Lysis buffer or gradient separation methods. Human or animal samples. MNC sample 100,000 cells/sample required. It generates the real-time data of lymphocytes, monocyte or neutrophils.

It also gives differential count of cells in MNC.

Atten: If the customers provide ready-to-acquire samples (where all materials including lysis are washing buffers provided by customer) for any type of assay on flowcytometer

Sample requirement: Whole Blood (human), Volume: 10 mL, blood sample taken at <5 hrs at the time of receipt at lab. Or the cells from culture (basic cell culture)

Negative selection of antigens (to get untouched cells):

To get untouched cells is expensive, single antigen based negative selection involves around 08 antibodies.

Note: Positive and negative selections include MNC separation by lymphoprep and vital staining.
